I am very proud of my official and unofficial resident leaders. They meet as needed or at least monthly to help us plan & run events - the help distribute flyers, welcome home baskets, and create PowerPoints that cycle through our video bulletin boards. Resident leaders bring great joy to us and they tell us from there perspective - it is very rewarding work.
